Amla powder for skin can be used as an exfoliator as well as an astringent because of the amount of anti-oxidants in it. It also helps clear that pesky acne and those blemishes. Amla juice for skin also helps remove the tan you got when you forgot your sunscreen.

Next, add two teaspoons of Amla powder and add warm water to it to form a paste. Now add 2 teaspoons of yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey. Mix all the ingredients well and apply it on hair. Let stay for 30 minutes and then wash off with warm water.
