ARTHRITIS

Arthritis is the swelling and tenderness of one or more of your joints. The main symptoms of arthritis are joint pain and stiffness, which typically worsen with age.

This pain usually increases after exercise. Rheumatoid arthritis is often called the cooked food disease’. It usually develops gradually over several months, with persistent pain and stiffness in one or more joints.
